Our Schemes

We're training the next generation of rocket scientists. We're in the middle of a long-term development programme, and we know that we'll need skill sets which are hard to find. Our schemes take outstanding young people and train them in both academic and real work environments to turn them into our next generation of designers, technicians and engineers.

Work Experience 2019

If you're interested in Engineering then one of our week long experiences could be for you. Spend an action-packed week in our office meeting people, experiencing the work we do and making new friends.

Shadow a range of people working in your area to understand more about their roles, ask questions and find out more about exciting career opportunties.
