Our Schemes.

The next generation of rocket scientists start here. Our range of graduate and apprenticeship schemes help outstanding young people unlock their full potential by training them in both academic and real work environments to become world-class designers, technicians and engineers.

Have a look at our schemes:

Graduate Programme

Our Graduate Programme is a 2-year rotational scheme. You’ll have access to our future focused Learning & Development Framework, take part in team building activities and have the opportunity to create a network of professional contacts. Applications for our 2020 Graduate Programme have now closed. We will be advertising for our Graduate Programme 2021 this October.

Apprenticeship Scheme

We run an Advanced Level 3 Apprentice Scheme to ensure our apprentices come out at the cutting edge of engineering and science disciplines. You will be spending this time visiting different departments, learning about different areas of an engineering business with the final part working in a chosen department.

Summer Internship Scheme

Our internships run for a period of 3 months from June to August. Applications for the 2020 Summer Internship Scheme have now closed. We will be opening applications for the 2021 scheme in January.

Work Experience

If you’re interested in engineering then one of our week long experiences could be for you. Spend an action-packed week in our office meeting people, experiencing the work we do and making new friends.

Shadow a range of people working in your area to understand more about their roles, ask questions and find out more about exciting career opportunities. Plus you’ll get advice and coaching from the people you work alongside. If it goes well, you’ll have the opportunity to apply for our internship or apprenticeship programmes.

Regrettably, we are not offering work experience placements in 2020. Please check back here later in the year with regards to placements for 2021.
